Founder Mr. Manjit Bansal is a veteran business leader with over four decades of entrepreneurial and manufacturing experience. His deep industry insight and strategic foresight have consistently translated into successful ventures across the manufacturing and steel sectors. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1976 by manufacturing wheat threshers in Punjab. In 1987, he expanded into the international timber trade, importing from overseas markets. Building on this momentum, he founded JV Steel Traders in 1995, specializing in the trading of MS steel. Under his leadership, the company achieved an annual trading volume of approximately 200,000 MT. Never one to rest on his laurels, his continued passion for innovation and strategic acumen led him to explore new avenues of sustained business success. He subsequently established JV Steel Tube, focused on the manufacture of steel pipes and tubes, along with Bansal Processing House, dedicated to steel processing, further strengthening his footprint across the steel value chain.

Mr. Manish Bansal, representing the next generation of leadership, took over the mantle from Mr. Manjit Bansal and carried forward the group's entrepreneurial legacy with vision and execution.
In 2006, applying his business acumen and strategic insight, Mr. Manish Bansal acquired a sick unit named Window Magic. Under his leadership, the company was transformed into a leading fenestration brand in the manufacture of uPVC and aluminium systems. Window Magic is powered by advanced technology from the Profine Group, the world's largest uPVC profile manufacturer under the globally recognised Kömmerling brand, along with premium aluminium and uber-luxury solutions from Alumil.
Mr. Manish Bansal formally joined Window Magic in 2007 after completing his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kent, Canterbury, United Kingdom. Having been involved in setting up the unit from the ground up, he possesses strong hands-on technical expertise and is fully capable of manufacturing windows and doors himself. It is this collaborative leadership approach and team-driven effort that has propelled the group to significant growth. Today, with a production capacity of 6 million sq. ft. annually, the company is backed by 500+ professionals, serves 70+ cities, and has delivered over 8 million sq. ft. of installations.
Aligned with the Government of India's Aatmanirbhar Bharat vision to boost domestic production and reduce reliance on imports, Window Magic India Pvt. Ltd. has successfully introduced innovative oil and gas technologies, including the Hydraulic Drive Unit, which replaces conventional SRP pump surface systems. Orders have been executed for ONGC Mehsana (15 units), Ahmedabad (10 units), Cambay (5 units), Agartala (1 unit), and Oil India Ltd., Baghewala (6 units), strengthening India's path toward energy self-reliance.
The Hydraulic Drive Unit has been widely adopted for its ability to improve oil yields, and Window Magic is now an approved vendor for Hydraulic Drive Units, as well as SRP surface and subsurface pumps and other critical equipment. Building on this success, the company has proposed several advanced technologies currently under consideration, including cable heating for tubing and pipelines, cable-based solutions for deviated wells, simultaneous multi-formation production, gas and sand anchors, reverse water injection, fiber-optic pipeline monitoring, and jet pump-assisted low-pressure well production. Many of these innovations have already received virtual board approvals at key assets, with trials and further approvals underway, demonstrating Window Magic's ongoing commitment to operational efficiency, higher production, and technological innovation in India's oil and gas sector.
